Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to serve as our first dedicated technical hire. You will build a proprietary influencer relationship and discovery platform for the e-gaming sector, functioning similarly to Modash or Sprout. This system requires a creator portal, an internal management dashboard, automated legal workflows, and an AI-powered helpdesk. A massive component of this role involves engineering a robust web scraping and data pipeline to discover, track, and categorize global creators across all major social platforms for B2B marketing.

Core Responsibilities: 

• Build a dual-sided web application: an internal admin dashboard for campaign management and a self-service portal for creators to view stats and challenges.


• Engineer large-scale data collection systems (web scraping, API ingestion) to pull metrics from Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, and TikTok.


• Manage robust proxy rotation, rate-limiting, and failure recovery to ensure uninterrupted data mining.


• Integrate third-party services for automated legal document generation and hosting (e.g., DocuSign, Documenso).


• Implement an AI-supported helpdesk (LLM integration) to assist influencers navigating the portal.

Requirements: 

• Full-Stack Proficiency: 3+ years of experience building scalable web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React/Next.js for frontend; Node.js and/or Python for backend).


• Heavy Data Scraping: Demonstrable expertise in building automated web scrapers, handling proxies, and bypassing basic bot protections.


• Database Architecture: Strong skills in relational databases (PostgreSQL) to categorize and store thousands of influencer profiles by niche, metrics, and location.


• API & Third-Party Integration: Hands-on experience with social media Graph/Data APIs and e-signature platforms.


• AI Integration: Practical experience plugging in Large Language Models (LLMs) for chatbots and automated data classification.


• End-to-End Ownership: Ability to independently drive technical architecture, cloud deployment, and system reliability without hand-holding.
