Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development, support, and optimization of engineering solutions to reduce complexity and improve system performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices within the team.
- Collaborate with product management, design, quality assurance, and backend teams to align front-end efforts with broader goals.
- Explore and implement new technologies and tools to enhance our front-end development processes.
- Integrate solutions into merchant checkout flows, simplifying processes while maintaining high functionality standards.
- Maintain robust security measures to protect web applications from vulnerabilities and threats.
- Develop scalable code to support thousands of concurrent users while ensuring high performance.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and optimize user satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Engage in quick iterations and troubleshooting in a collaborative environment.
- Participate in planning sessions and offer input during stand-ups to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in front-end software engineering.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
- Proactive with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control systems, such as Webpack and Git.
