Job Overview:

Looking for a skilled and motivated Fullstack Application Developer to join our tech team. You will design, build, and scale modern web applications that serve both commercial clients and social impact programs. This role offers the chance to grow technically while contributing to solutions that matter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end applications

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features
• Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and technical documentation

• Integrate APIs and third-party services as needed

• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications

• Debug, test, and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines

• Continuously improve the development process and stay updated with modern technologies

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• 1-5 years of experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular

• Proficiency in back-end languages: Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET

• Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and version control (Git)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless functions
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing
• Prior work on ed-tech, social platforms, or impact-driven apps is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for building scalable products

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
