Job Description - Fullstack Developer (Java)

We are looking for: Fullstack Developer (Java)

Design and development of applications for our international customers, both backend and frontend

Assess customer requirements from a technical perspective with respective effort estimations and assist in design and development of proof of concepts and prototypes

Complete technical design together with architects and technical consultants

Ensure high quality of source code (peer review, tech-talks, preparing style-guides)

Leading other team members towards building robust and easy to maintain solutions

Provide guidance/mentorship to internal/external developers and create solution-specific templates and guidelines

Support recruitment processes (in the area of software development)

Actively participate in full software development lifecycle

Recognize, validate and evangelize emerging technologies that add business value

Have a university degree in computer science or other science (such as mathematics, physics)

At least 2-3 years of experience in Full Stack Development in following techstack:

Java, Spring (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Security, Spring Cloud), RDBMS, NoSQL

JavaScript (both frontend like Angular and backend like NodeJS) REST APIs

DevOps principles knowledge/practice especially in Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Jenkins, SonarQube and Nexus

Knowledge of design patterns and programming principles

Will to claim the ownership of required tasks

Experience with following concepts: microservices architecture, OOD, OOA, cloud design patterns

Openness for working on frontend tasks

Have experience in agile methodologies (like Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD)

Are communicative, demanding and open-minded person

You speak English at a level that allows you to communicate freely on the project (min. B2)

German will be an advantage

Fully remotely or in-house work at our office in Warsaw
