Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Process Server to join our team full-time. The Process Server will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court cases while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver legal documents to designated individuals in a timely, lawful, and professional manner in Monroe and surrounding counties
- Maintain accurate records of all attempts and completed services
- Sign affidavits/affirmations of service daily once services are completed
- Communicate effectively with office staff regarding case status and service attempts
- Utilize company car for travel to assigned service locations
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations professionally
- Prior process serving, law enforcement, or legal support experience preferred (but not required—training provided)
