  2. Relationship-Driven: Skilled at building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, engineers, and project managers.

  3. Technically Curious: Able to quickly understand technical specifications (or the willingness to learn the specifics of steel building systems) and articulate value to sophisticated buyers.

  4. Willing to Travel: Available for territory travel, including site visits and client meetings, up to 40% of the time.
