This position includes relocation support for candidates interested in making the move. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, specifically in relation to home appliances.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain brand loyalty.
• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with other departments to relay customer feedback and suggest product or service improvements.
• Stay knowledgeable about new appliances and industry trends to offer informed assistance to customers.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the appliances or home goods sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer needs efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural setting.
• A genuine interest in home appliances and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
