In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing them with support and assistance for their travel bookings and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers throughout the booking process, including modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system to support quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance the overall booking experience.
• Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required, with proficiency in English considered an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
• Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to the culture of Greece.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
