Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries related to luxury brands and products

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment in service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service or retail, particularly in luxury environments

• Able to work well in a team as well as independently
