Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients on various financial inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with account management, transactions, and product inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions to effectively resolve concerns.
• Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system.
• Work closely with other departments to streamline service delivery and improve client experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with financial products and services, as well as regulatory changes, to provide informed support.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
• Experience in client support or customer service, preferably in the finance sector, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting client needs.
• Familiarity with financial services and products is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
