• Assist clients with their bookings, inquiries, and any issues they may encounter during the process.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Document and track client interactions in our CRM system for effective service management.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve service delivery and address client needs efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on Booking.com products and features to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
