Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Cybersecurity Company, based in Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, guiding them through cybersecurity solutions and addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.

Your fluency in German will be essential in ensuring that clients receive high-quality assistance related to their cybersecurity needs. You will help customers understand products, resolve technical issues, and ensure their peace of mind in an increasingly digital world.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity products and services
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and technical support requests
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and advocate for customer needs within the company
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions for complex issues
  • Gather feedback from clients to enhance our services and cybersecurity offerings
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cybersecurity, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries while delivering high-quality service
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • A genuine interest in cybersecurity and helping customers protect their digital assets
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
