In your role as a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers with their vehicle rentals, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and support throughout the rental process.
• Manage the rental process, including vehicle pick-ups, returns, and paperwork management.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and explain rental agreement terms clearly to customers.
• Work closely with the operations team to maintain a fleet of vehicles that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Stay informed about new vehicles, promotions, and destination information to provide customers with valuable insights.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or the rental industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for engaging with customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with computer systems and rental software is a plus.
