Primary Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary planning.

• Handle bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, and related travel arrangements with precision.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
• Stay informed on current travel trends, policies, and promotional deals.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in tourism or travel-related customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM and standard office software.
• Willingness and readiness to relocate to Greece and adapt to its culture.
• Self-driven, able to work independently in a new environment.
