In this vital role, you will ensure that AI-generated content complies with safety and ethical standards, helping to create a secure and trustworthy digital environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify risks and implement solutions for responsible AI use.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor AI-generated content in German to identify harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material.
• Ensure GenAI content adherence to trust and safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with AI developers, policy makers, and moderation teams to improve content safety protocols.
• Develop and execute strategies to maintain high standards of content accuracy and ethical compliance.
• Analyze trends and prepare reports on content safety matters and emerging risks.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote responsible AI usage and awareness.

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI-related fields is highly valued.
• Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Understanding of generative AI technologies and their associated challenges is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
