Job Description - Gestionnaire de paie - F/H (CDI)

Le CabRH, cabinet de recrutement et d'approche directe, recrute pour son client un Gestionnaire de paie H/F

Le poste :

Production et contrôle des bulletins de paie pour un portefeuille multi-conventionnel
Déclarations sociales et suivi des obligations légales
Gestion administrative du personnel (entrées/sorties, affiliations, ruptures)
Accompagnement des clients sur leurs problématiques RH et paie
Participation à l'amélioration des outils et procédures internes

Profil recherché

De formation comptable ou RH (Bac +2 minimum)
Expérience de 3 ans minimum en cabinet d'expertise comptable
Aisance avec les outils informatiques et logiciels de paie
Sens du service et appétence pour le conseil client

Environnement de travail agréable et bienveillant
Rémunération selon expérience
Télétravail possible
Perspectives d'évolution
