Apply now to be part of our exciting journey! As the Global Communications Manager, you will play a leading role in enhancing 1NCE’s visibility and credibility as a global IoT connectivity provider. You will drive the company’s communication strategies across regions, ensuring consistent messaging, strengthening media relationships, and building the brand’s reputation on a global scale. Working closely with senior leadership, marketing teams, and external partners, you’ll oversee public relations activities, internal communications, and media engagement to position 1NCE as a leader in IoT connectivity.
This is a full-time position, with supported work modes being onsite/hybrid in one of our offices or fully-remote.
Global Communication Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive global communication strategies aligned with 1NCE’s objectives. Adapt messaging to regional markets while maintaining brand consistency worldwide.
Public Relations & Media Engagement: Lead and execute public relations efforts, building relationships with key media contacts to secure coverage across global markets. Act as the main point of contact for media inquiries and manage responses to emerging topics.
Content Development: Develop impactful content, including articles, press releases, and media pitches. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and engaging communication across all channels.
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement: Manage internal communication initiatives, fostering alignment and enhancing engagement within the organization.
Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company’s public image. Develop proactive strategies and respond swiftly to media crises or key topics in the news.
Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for thought leadership through speaking engagements, industry events, podcasts, and other forums.
Global Events & Press Conferences: Coordinate global events, press conferences, and customer story initiatives to maximize media exposure and brand visibility.
Analytics & Metrics: Track and analyze communication effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on campaign performance.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align communication initiatives with broader business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years in global communications, public relations, or a related role, with a proven ability to deliver impactful communication strategies.
Skills:
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong expertise in media relations and reputation management.
Proven ability to manage crisis communication effectively.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in communication tools and platforms.
Preferred Requirements
A deep understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
Experience developing thought leadership initiatives and managing global events.
Analytical skills to measure and optimize communication effectiveness.
Familiarity with PR and media management tools, as well as internal communication platforms.

First meeting with Recruiter to align on position details
Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion
Third meeting with our Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, as the final step of the process
