POSITION SUMMARY
The GM, Jeep-Bronco Accessories Business will be the business leader responsible for the overall performance, growth, and P&L of the business. The GM will be a hands-on leader who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level to build the business, strengthen the brand, lead a high-performing team, and ensure seamless execution across sales, operations, supply chain, marketing, product, and customer experience. This leader will leverage industry expertise and strong relationships within the automotive sector and broader RealTruck enterprise to identify growth driving opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and secure new business while strengthening existing partnerships. This business requires a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial commercial leader with a bias for action who is energized by transformation, not maintenance, and who sees opportunity in complexity, ambiguity, and building something better than what exists today.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the GM will balance high-level strategy with day-to-day hands-on execution across a team of direct reports that include product management, DTC/eCommerce, planning, and wholesale sales. This leader will need to build a new team of 2-3 direct reports initially and work in a matrixed environment with support from cross functional team members in Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Procurement & Supply Chain. The initial focus will be on the Omix, Rugged Ridge, & Havoc-Off-Road Brands while building out the broader strategy.
CORE FUNCTIONS
- Own the overall business unit performance, including revenue, gross margin, DCM, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Set the strategic direction for the business and translate it into clear priorities and initiatives across all key functions (shared and direct) critical to success.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing consumer focused team with a nimble operating culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the business unit’s annual budget/business planning process and the monthly management operations review and S&OP process.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to continuously refine strategy.
- Drive profitable growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with key customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Manage the annual and monthly operating budget (SG&A), including headcount, travel, media, and promotional investments.
- Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to monitor results and guide decision-making.
- Own pricing strategy and commercial terms to achieve revenue and margin targets across brands, product lines, and sales channels.
- Lead the DTC arm of the business and drive step change growth in close collaboration with RealTruck’s DTC President.
- Develop and execute channel and promotional strategies aligned with broader company objectives.
- Oversee a high-impact marketing calendar that builds brand equity and community engagement with Jeep and Bronco owners/enthusiasts.
- Partner with program management, industrial design, procurement, and engineering teams to shape category product strategy plans that inform RealTruck’s 5-year product roadmap each year.
- Develop cross-functional partnerships and Influence to successfully navigate a matrixed organization to align corporate shared services support (HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Project Management, Creative, Design) while maintaining the agility of a startup.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required. MBA preferred.
- 12+ years in general management, operations, sales or commercial leadership roles required, including 7+ years of management experience required.
- Working experience with product pipeline development and demand generation.
- Strong business acumen with experience in developing and executing long-term growth strategies for revenue generation.
- History as an entrepreneurial leader who delivered results by balancing “gut feel” commercial intuition with data-driven sales success.
Required Licenses
Valid state-issued driver’s license.

- Hands-on leader comfortable working at all levels “in the business” and not just “on the business”: from setting strategy to diving into day-to-day execution to stabilize and rebuild core operations.
- Fundamental operational and product management understanding is required.
- Strong capability to design and execute growth strategies, including market expansion, omni-channel optimization, product strategy and go-to-market launch plans, customer acquisition, DTC acceleration, and brand positioning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software, ERP Software, Sales Force, Concur and Development of PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write, speak and comprehend English at a proficient level.
- Financial literacy with ability to interpret P&L, forecasts, and operational metrics.
- Ability to overcome customer objections and concerns.

Travel
Frequent travel from 20% up to 50% will be required (weekends included) to meet with key stakeholders and customers.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manager+: Plans, organizes, evaluates, and directs the employees within the department function. Has 3 direct reports and several matrixed reports.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is subject to Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
