Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Graphic & Package Designer with 2–5 years of professional experience to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between physical product presentation and digital brand experience. You will own the process of bringing our products to life on retail shelves through structurally sound, visually compelling packaging, while also ensuring our brands shine online across e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who loves seeing their work physically manufactured and thrives on optimizing digital customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Package Design & Production (Physical)

• 
  

  Die-line Utilization: Design artwork using provided engineering lines, ensuring layout accuracy, bleed lines, and structural integrity.

  
  


• 
  

  Asset Creation: Develop full-wrap retail packaging, inserts, display boxes, and hanging tags.

  
  


• 
  

  Vendor & Print Coordination: Prepare flawless, production-ready vector files (including color separations, spot varnishes, and exact callouts) and collaborate with manufacturing partners to review digital proofs.

  
  

2. E-Commerce & Digital Asset Management (Online)

• 
  

  Product Listing Optimization: Create and update high-converting imagery for online listings (including Amazon, Shopify, and major retail .com platforms).

  
  


• 
  

  Enhanced Visual Content: Design infographic style "feature/benefit" callout images, A+ Content/Enhanced Brand Content layouts, and brand storefronts.

  
  


• 
  

  Photo Manipulation: High-level retouching of product photography, color-correcting, and seamlessly integrating products into realistic lifestyle backdrops.

  
  

3. Brand & Marketing Support

• 
  

  Marketing Collateral: Design visually compelling assets for digital advertising, email campaigns, and social media channels.

  
  


• 
  

  B2B Presentations: Elevate wholesale sales presentations, pitch decks, and digital product catalogs to ensure a premium, unified brand image for retail buyers.

  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 
  

  Experience: 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a consumer products or e-commerce retail brand.

  
  


• 
  

  Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop are mandatory; InDesign is a plus).

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Packaging Knowledge: Deep understanding of print processes, color spaces (CMYK vs. RGB/Pantone), typography scaled for small footprints, and working with complex die-lines.

  
  


• 
  

  E-Commerce Literacy: Familiarity with the visual standards, sizing constraints, and conversion-focused design principles of Amazon and Shopify.

  
  


• 
  

  Organization: Ability to manage file organization systems cleanly (layers, linked assets, version control) to allow for collaborative hand-offs.

  
  


• 
  

  Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio demonstrating both shipped, physical packaging projects and clean digital/web layout designs.

  
  

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• 
  

  3D Rendering & Mockups: Experience with 3D rendering software (such as Adobe Dimension, Blender, or Keyshot) to create hyper-realistic product mockups for online listings and presentations before physical manufacturing samples arrive.

  Motion Graphics & Video: Basic video editing or animation skills to create short-form product videos, GIFs, and dynamic assets for digital ads and social media.
