Graphic Designer

eMazzanti Technologies is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This position will support marketing, branding, sales, recruitment, and corporate communications initiatives by creating compelling visual content that strengthens our brand and drives engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is comfortable collaborating across departments while maintaining consistent brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, infographics, advertisements, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Create graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Develop visual assets for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, onboarding, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and other departments to support business initiatives.
• Ensure all creative materials align with eMazzanti's brand guidelines and messaging.
• Produce and edit digital content, including banners, graphics, illustrations, and visual campaigns.
• Assist in creating event, webinar, trade show, and partner marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, AI-assisted creative solutions, and industry best practices.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as needed.

Qualifications:

Core Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, business development, or related customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and drive results.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new contacts.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
• Candidate must be located in Guatemala.

Preferred:

• Experience with prospecting, appointment setting and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, ConnectWise, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Previous experience selling services or technology solutions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
