Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is a boutique Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in providing high-quality remote professionals to businesses across the United States. We are seeking creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designers and Video Editors to join our talent pool. In this role, you will create visually compelling content that enhances brand identity, supports marketing initiatives, and engages audiences across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with video editing expertise to produce high-quality content that aligns with each client's brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, and other visual assets.
• Edit promotional videos, short-form content, and marketing videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identities across multiple clients and projects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and clients to develop creative concepts.
• Create graphics and multimedia content for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Edit and optimize videos for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Prepare final design files for both digital and print production.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay current with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
• Revise designs and videos based on client and team feedback.

• 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and/or video editing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design software.
• Experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Experience editing videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently in a remote environment.
• English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (written and verbal) with a slight to neutral accent.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
• Experience creating content for social media marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies, agencies, or marketing teams.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
