What you'll be doing:

• Ensure seamless and efficient operations of all HR processes


• Develop and continuously improve HR policies and practices


• Manage full-cycle recruitment and headhunting for key roles


• Foster the company’s culture and values in everyday communication


• Take care of employer branding


• Draft and manage HR-related documentation (contracts, job descriptions, amendments) in line with regulations


• Manage SAGE HR system ensuring data accuracy


• Provide HR insights to management, analyse market and trends

We expect:

• Higher education in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or similar


• At least 2+ years of experience in HR


• Strong communication and cooperation skills


• Fluent in Latvian and English
