Reports To: Office and Growth Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Full-time
Compensation: $15.50-$16/hour
Location/Travel: Must be local in Corpus Christi, work from home with occasional travel, including overnight stays (up to a week at a time, occasional weekends). Must have a private, dedicated workspace.
Job Summary:
The Growth Assistant at Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is a member of the Facilities Team, supporting organizational growth through administrative, logistical, and facilities-related tasks. This position assists with vendor and utility management, supports clinic setup and maintenance, and ensures smooth operations of facilities services in a fast-paced, growing organization. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to travel as needed to various clinic locations.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
· Manage utility and vendor spreadsheets; connect and disconnect services as needed
· Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately
· General receipt management and documentation
· Sort and distribute mail
· Assist with facilities maintenance requests
· Contact vendors for services, repairs, and information
· Assemble clinic toys and furniture for new and existing locations
· Assist with yearly tax payments and yearly property renditions
· Run miscellaneous errands as needed (requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation)
· Travel to clinic locations as required, including overnight and weekend trips
· Perform other duties as assigned
