As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy across social media, brand, and performance marketing. You'll be responsible for engaging our three key audiences: business buyers, sellers, and brokers, by integrating various marketing tactics to elevate BizScout's presence. We're looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, bringing creativity and strategy to make BizScout a dynamic hub for business ownership conversations, educational content, and community building.

• Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.

  • Create compelling content that showcases success stories, market insights, and educational resources about business ownership.

  • Build and engage our social media communities through management and conversation.

• Brand Marketing:

  • Translate complex M&A concepts into accessible, engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience.

  • Manage our content calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality storytelling that aligns with our brand voice.

• Performance Marketing:

  • Track and analyze metrics across all marketing channels to optimize engagement, conversion, and ROI.

  • Drive multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads for all audience segments, focusing on both organic and paid strategies.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a broad understanding of social media, brand, and performance marketing.
• Proven track record of growing engaged communities and driving conversions through marketing efforts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns across different channels.
• Excellence in storytelling with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for various platforms and audiences.
• Understanding of digital analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets across different strategies, including paid campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills with a knack for maintaining a consistent brand voice.

• You have experience in content creation within the M&A, business brokerage, or finance sectors.
• You've managed marketing initiatives for marketplace businesses during scaling phases.
• You have skills in video content creation and editing.
• You've navigated marketing within regulated industries.
