About the Role
We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to own the implementation, integration, and ongoing operation of Baselane’s go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology and is focused on making GTM systems actually work - reliably, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll be hands-on building and maintaining tools like our CRM and lifecycle systems, wiring integrations, troubleshooting issues when things break, and continuously improving workflows to reduce manual effort and operational friction.
You’ll use modern tooling and AI to move faster, automate workflows, and increase leverage across GTM systems. Functional teams define the business need; you own how it gets built and kept running.
This is a highly cross-functional role with real ownership and autonomy. If you enjoy building systems, cleaning up complexity, and being the person who makes things work end to end, this role is for you.
$90,000 - $120,000 a year
