Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guesstimate Trainer to prepare candidates for consulting, management, product management, analytics, and corporate interviews. The trainer will conduct practical sessions on estimation techniques, structured thinking, logical reasoning, and problem -solving to help participants confidently solve real -world business estimation questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training on guesstimate and estimation techniques.
  
• Train participants on market sizing, demand forecasting, profitability estimation, and business assumptions.
  
• Teach structured thinking, logical reasoning, and quantitative problem -solving approaches.
  
• Conduct practice sessions, mock interviews, and case -based exercises.
  
• Provide constructive feedback to improve analytical thinking and communication skills.
  
• Prepare training materials and submit reports as required.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of guesstimate frameworks and business estimation techniques.
  
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
  
• Experience in consulting, business analytics, product management, or interview coaching.
  
• Ability to simplify complex estimation problems using structured methodologies.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  
• MBA or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
  

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in guesstimate training, management consulting, business analytics, product management, career coaching, or corporate training.
