Title: Guidewire Business Analyst with Cloud Upgradation Exp

Location: IA or Remote

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 08+ Years

 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and developers to gather and document requirements for Guidewire cloud upgrades.
• Analyze existing on-prem Guidewire implementations and identify upgrade/migration impact.
• Create detailed business and functional requirements for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter modules.
• Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams during cloud migration planning and execution.
• Assist in data migration, integration testing, and UAT activities during cloud upgrades.
• Support configuration and implementation efforts on Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
• Manage and track deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry best practices and security standards.
• Provide post-migration support and documentation for end-users and teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 08 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C insurance industry.
• Strong experience with Guidewire Cloud upgrades or migrations.
• Proficiency in one or more Guidewire modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) or similar cloud-hosted platforms.
• Guidewire Cloud Certification is must.
