You’ll be managing the entire lifecycle of our fix & flip and REO properties:

• Funding → Renovation → Marketing → Sale.

Along the way, you’ll:

• Keep contractors and vendors accountable.


• Verify work before releasing payments.


• Host investor update calls twice a month.


• Coordinate marketing to ensure top-dollar results.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in residential construction or asset management, who’s confident managing multiple projects at once. If you’re detail-oriented, budget-savvy, and comfortable working with investors, we want to hear from you.

Compensation: $38 – $45/hr + performance-based bonuses.
