Our Client is a premium activewear brand founded by the founding designer for Lululemon, ex-Head of Global Women's Sportswear at Nike, ex-Fear of God, who has designed for athletes including Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova. Company’s CEO has multiple prior exits, including an acquisition and a company that went public via IPO on the NYSE. The team has invested three years and over $2M developing proprietary fabrics from scratch with top mills and manufacturers to build a product they describe as "IM8 if David Beckham wore leggings."

Role Overview
As Head of Creator Partnerships, you will personally build and execute the company’s creator outreach and partnership strategy on TikTok Shop.. starting from essentially zero GMV and scaling to 10 creators, then 100, then 1,000, then 30,000, with a GMV trajectory from $1M to $10M to $300M+.
