Job Description - Head of Gaming department

We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of more than 1300+ specialists. 

Our achievements include 10+ major projects that are popular among our clients and successfully operate in Tier 1-3 countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating favorable terms and discounts with game providers for seven projects.

  • Maintaining and developing partnership relationships with providers and aggregators.

  • Improving cooperation terms with providers (contract signing, promo activity agreements).

  • Managing the Gaming Department team (three direct reports) and ensuring task execution.

  • Connecting new providers and overseeing the integration process.

  • Regular invoice reconciliation for seven projects, ensuring agreed discounts are accounted for.

  • Working with analytics and reporting, using data to optimize collaboration terms.

  • Setting and controlling development tasks through the product team.
