The Role

BlueQuo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Growth to lead our growth strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Growth will be both a "hunter" with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a “farmer” in close connection with our Partnerships team.  Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and optimizing our go-to-market approach. This role encompasses both the strategic development and hands-on execution of all marketing and sales activities, and requires close collaboration with the product team to ensure our offerings align with market needs and drive adoption.

Mission

The primary mission of the Head of Growth is to spearhead BlueQuo's national and international expansion, establishing the company as a recognized market leader, and to achieve consistent, long-term revenue growth, generating new business with B2B customers (scale-ups, VCs and PE firms). This will be accomplished through a combination of a proactive "hunting" mentality to identify and secure new opportunities, innovative and effective marketing strategies, and tight collaboration with product development to guarantee BlueQuo's solutions not only meet but anticipate and exceed evolving market demands.

  1. Lead the company’s growth and go-to-market strategy
    Design and execute a robust go-to-market strategy focused on accelerated client acquisition, distinctive value positioning, and high-quality demand generation aligned with strategic business goals.

  2. Optimize the end-to-end commercial process
    Continuously refine and scale the sales playbook, from messaging to closing, to maximize conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and ensure a consistent, high-impact buying experience.

  3. Own and close strategic opportunities
    Personally lead the identification and conversion of key accounts, managing high-stakes negotiations and structuring deals that maximize mutual value while reinforcing our market positioning.

  4. Drive SaaS and recurring revenue growth
    Define and implement initiatives to expand our subscription base and increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), ensuring sustainable margins and direct contribution to EBITDA growth.

  5. Ensure strategic and efficient budget management
    Manage the sales and marketing budget with a strong ROI mindset, maximizing the impact of every euro invested and driving data-informed decision-making.

  6. Oversee the successful launch and adoption of new solutions
    Work closely with the Product team to ensure flawless execution of new product launches and lead the adoption strategy across clients and internal commercial teams.

  7. Build and lead a high-performing revenue team
    Recruit, mentor, and manage a lean, tech-enabled team focused on opportunity generation, sales execution, and client retention—with a strong culture of performance and accountability.

  8. Develop strategic partnerships to scale market reach
    Design and implement a partnerships strategy to accelerate market penetration, enhance solution capabilities, and drive indirect revenue through strategic alliances.

  9. Turn innovation into commercial traction
    Translate our technological and product innovation into real market impact by aligning roadmap execution with monetization strategies that deliver measurable value to clients.


Requisitos

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B tech & consulting growth with commercial experience.

  • Proven track record in client management and upselling within project scopes.

  • Familiarity with agile or similar methodologies, with a focus on deliverables and efficiency.

  • Demonstrable history of consistently driving significant revenue growth and exceeding ambitious targets, with a clear "hunter" mentality.

  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.

  • Deep expertise in developing and executing successful sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing, results-oriented teams.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.

  • Prior experience working within the HR tech industry is considered a significant advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Fluent in Spanish, English C1 level, ideally a third language, French/Italian/German (preferred)
