In this critical role, you will be responsible for scaling our core insurance business, driving profitability, and achieving ambitious growth targets. You will lead the automated quoting engine and optimize our operational strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your leadership will contribute to transforming our marketplace and ensuring a seamless user experience for millions of customers. Accountabilities
- Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind the quoting engine and automation infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics to optimize carrier performance.
- Drive critical outcomes for the insurance marketplace, including loss ratio, retention, and conversion.
- Scale the customer base from 5 million to 50 million.
- Shape the strategic direction of the company's marketplace initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Operations Research).
- 7+ years of management consulting experience, preferably from top firms.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
