I’m not going to get too specific about your professional experience just yet. I want to take some time to talk about you as a person. I’m looking for someone experienced in being human! And by that I mean, someone that knows when to speak like an expert and when to put your listening hat on. 

We want to feel high emotional intelligence and an understanding of how to communicate based on the energy of others. You can read a room. You can take accountability. If someone you love is making questionable choices for their life, you can lead a guiding conversation to help them discover through their own words that there are better choices to be made.

You have passion about life! If someone gets you going on a topic about - for example- any death from the show Breaking Bad. Maybe you haven’t seen it, but the tangible fire in the way you speak about anything you are passionate about, should be felt! Ultimately, you are a Promoter for the things you believe in. You see the missing piece and can write the prescription.

Okay, so we’ve got the right person. Now, do you have the experience? 


We are looking for someone that can be a challenger and have breakthroughs with dealership owners and Fixed Ops directors who tend to have an old school mentality. People that push back on having to change their ways. Sales is sales, but B2B Sales is a whole other animal. We need someone fluent in B2B Sales and can speak with high level prospects.  We are looking for a partner that wants to learn and grow with us as a company and as partners!

What You’ll Do:



  • Pipeline Management: Actively manage and prioritize high-volume leads directly from our CRM to identify viable business prospects.

  • Strategic Outreach: Execute initial contact strategies to engage decision-makers, effectively articulating the CCI value proposition.

  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct Discovery Calls to uncover client pain points, business goals, and budget alignment.

  • Deal Facilitation: Bridge the gap between interest and acquisition by scheduling Strategy Sessions for our Sales Director.

  • Collaborative Selling: Partner closely with the Sales Director to ensure a seamless handoff.

  • Be part of a culture where winning is celebrated, and growth is unlimited.


Your Experience:




  • B2B Sales : 5+ years




    • You are comfortable reaching out to high level prospects 








  • Experience with CRMs.




    • You have data integrity and can use a CRM to track your progress and keep your pipelines clean!








  • Great Communication.




    • You can talk to a CEO, Dealer Owner, and General Manager with the same respect, clarity, and authority.





  • A genuine people person with an ownership mentality.
