Job Description - Head of Sales

We're building the best YouTube agency in the world.

We've assembled a crazy-talented group of YouTube strategists who've collectively generated over 110 billion views and shaped how YouTube works today. Our founder, Ryan Hashemi, built Jubilee to 14 million subscribers, has 4 Emmy nominations, and even trained the person who now is the CEO of MrBeast's studio. Our team comes from iconic names like WIRED, Vogue, Mini Katana (18M+ subs), and other influential YouTube brands.

Now we're helping the world's biggest brands crack the code on YouTube and make content that people actually want to watch at scale.

We lead YouTube creative and content programming as a strategic channel. We staff and train in-house YouTube teams for clients, hiring video producers, editors, and strategists, and build long-form storytelling systems designed to compound over time. The result: evergreen content that earns millions of views, builds loyal audiences, and drives conversions.

The Results


We launched a global tech-security company’s YouTube channel from scratch. In 30 days, 0 to 30,000 subscribers. 9 months in: 115k+ subscribers, 4.3 million organic views. Individual videos hit 1.2M, 1.5M, and 507K views. Zero paid amplification.

We Transformed a niche B2B brand into a breakout work-culture channel. Grew the channel to over 8k subs, generating 3.2 million organic views. Flagship video: 2.3M views. Proof that B2B can thrive with the right storytelling.

We're rebuilding how brands think about owned media. We hire creatives, run behavioral research, and build repeatable systems that outperform paid media on cost and attention. In a world where organic reach is collapsing everywhere else, we've proven brands can win if they treat YouTube as an owned channel, not an ad buy.

Why This Is Exciting

After stepping down from Jubilee, Ryan is betting everything on Snowball. That bet is already paying off in a big way. Major brands are coming to us because they know YouTube is the next frontier, they just need the right team to help them conquer it.

In just the last month, 30+ of the world’s biggest brands have hit our inbox asking for help. The inbound demand is real, and we can’t keep up. We’re looking for our founding sales leader, someone ready to turn this wave of demand into long-term, scalable growth.

That’s where you come in.

Your Role: Head of Sales

We're growing fast, and we need someone who can:

  • Build out our sales function and team. Identify and prioritize high-potential brands who would thrive on YouTube, and pitch them with confidence and clarity.

  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, bringing in new business and hitting revenue targets.

  • Manage and mentor a team to support top-of-funnel pipeline generation.

  • Learn and live Snowball's unique approach to YouTube, and clearly communicate that value to prospects.

  • Build genuine relationships with potential clients, deeply understanding their goals and how Snowball can drive growth.

  • Collaborate closely with our leadership and strategy teams to shape winning proposals and close deals.


What We're Looking For

  • You have 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles, and have owned the full sales cycle from outreach to close.

  • You're a persuasive closer with strong outbound instincts and a proactive, hustle-driven mindset.

  • You've built out a sales function and team.

  • You're a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, and sell it.

  • You have a deep passion for YouTube, digital content, and the future of media.

  • Bonus: Skills in Figma, Photoshop, or design tools.
