In this pivotal role, you will lead the global Sales Operations, Governance, and Reporting function, enabling data-driven decision making while ensuring robust governance and scalable processes. Accountabilities
- Lead and develop a global Sales Operations, Governance, and Reporting team.
- Oversee end-to-end sales governance, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Define and manage global sales reporting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Act as a product owner for sales platforms, driving roadmap and value realization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in sales operations.
- Ensure high-quality data for forecasting and reporting.
- Lead change management to facilitate adoption of new processes and tools.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
- Manage resources and budgets for efficient operations.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
- 3–5+ years of experience leading teams in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and revenue platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven organizations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with strategic and hands-on abilities.
- Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
