Position Summary:
HASI is seeking a dynamic leader to lead the Strategic Projects Office (SPO), reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The SPO will be responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders, prioritizing, executing and governing a portfolio of initiatives (including a cornerstone SAP Fioneer implementation) that are critical to HASI’s long-term strategy and business transformation. This is an in-office position, with the potential for flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week for the right candidate.
Salary Range:
Expected annual salary range of $235,000 - $265,000, based on experience and location. Key Responsibilities:
· Establish the Strategic Projects Office: Define the SPO’s vision, structure, and governance framework.
· Portfolio Leadership: Oversee the identification, prioritization, and management of high-value, cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and maximizing business impact.
· Project Governance and Execution: Develop and enforce project standards, frameworks, and policies for execution and performance tracking.
· Performance Measurement: Define and monitor KPIs providing transparent reporting and actionable insights.
· SAP Fioneer Implementation: Lead program management and delivery for the SAP Fioneer project in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Demonstrated success in establishing or leading a strategic, enterprise-level Program Management in a complex, dynamic organization with a record of influencing at the executive level.
· Out of the box thinking, diligence and process engineering mindset to enable scale.
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into a simplified narrative.
· Problem solving, relationship building and talent development skills.
· Knowledge of loan servicing and experience in private markets a plus.
· Knowledge of EXCEL, SQL, Python and AI trends.
· 10+ years of work experience in the financial services or technology industry.
· Minimum undergraduate with a degree in finance, information science, accounting or related discipline.
