This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of User Acquisition - REMOTE. In this role, you will redefine User Acquisition strategies and lead a high-performing department delivering UA-as-a-Service to product teams. You'll be responsible for centralizing operations, creating efficiencies, and establishing cohesive strategies across various paid traffic channels. This leadership position is ideal for someone who excels in managing complex data-driven environments and fosters collaboration among distributed teams of UA Managers.
Accountabilities
- Build and lead a centralized User Acquisition Department servicing multiple subscription products
- Define and own the overall UA strategy across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Develop scalable processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reporting systems
- Design UA OKRs/KPIs for department-wide success and individual performance
- Manage and mentor a team of cross-platform UA Managers
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management processes
- Create a high-talent-density culture that fosters performance and growth
- Manage large-scale budget across all platforms and products
- Develop strategic growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios and retention metrics
- Collaborate with data science for advanced analytics and attribution models
Requirements
- 7+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing UA
- Strong background in subscription-based D2C products across multiple verticals
- Proven track record managing multi-million dollar monthly paid budgets
- Experience developing and managing teams of at least 5–7 UA professionals
- Deep platform knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google, and other advertising channels
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Tableau and Google Analytics
- Driven, high-energy leader who excels in fast-paced environments
- Hands-on mentality and high standards for team performance
