This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Headhunter (Gerente) based in Brazil.
This role is focused on leading high-impact executive search initiatives, supporting national and multinational organizations in the identification and attraction of top-tier leadership talent. You will operate in a highly consultative environment, working closely with senior executives such as CEOs, Managing Directors, Partners, and HR Heads to understand strategic hiring needs. The position combines business development and talent acquisition leadership, with responsibility for expanding client relationships and building long-term partnerships across multiple markets. You will lead end-to-end executive search processes, from market mapping and proactive talent sourcing to full-cycle recruitment delivery. The role also requires a strong results orientation, including ownership of commercial performance and key operational metrics. This is a strategic position within a dynamic consulting environment where talent advisory and business impact go hand in hand.
Accountabilities:
- Lead executive search projects for senior and C-level roles across national and multinational clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including CEOs, Partners, and HR executives, understanding strategic hiring needs.
- Develop and expand client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market mapping and proactive identification of high-level talent across industries.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee performance metrics, KPIs, and P&L related to assigned accounts and projects.
- Ensure a consultative and solution-oriented approach throughout all stages of executive search delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Headhunter or Executive Search professional.
- Strong track record of managing recruitment processes for senior and C-level positions.
- Experience interacting directly with executive-level stakeholders (C-Level, Directors, and HR leadership).
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-complexity recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and consultative mindset with focus on results and delivery excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with P&L and performance KPI management is a plus.
