Tampa, Florida (Onsite or Hybrid Available) Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: $290,000 - $390,000 DOE
HireNow Staffing is representing a nationally recognized law firm seeking an experienced Health Care Associate Attorney to join its growing legal team in Tampa. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives in complex regulatory environments and is passionate about serving clients in the healthcare and life sciences space.
What You'll Do
Provide strategic legal guidance on a wide range of healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
Advise clients such as physician groups, digital health companies, and healthcare investors on business practices and compliance.
Manage M&A and joint venture transactions within the healthcare sector, ensuring regulatory compliance at both federal and state levels.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, operating agreements, and deal documents related to healthcare operations and investments.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partners, contributing to long-term relationship building.
Mentor junior attorneys and support their development in regulatory and transactional work.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional legal experience (up to 8 years considered).
Licensure: JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar; eligibility for Florida Bar admission is required.
Skills: Strong command of federal and state health laws including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and corporate practice of medicine issues.
Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented legal professional who is comfortable leading transactions and communicating directly with senior stakeholders.
Preferred: Prior work at a large law firm or experience supporting AmLaw 100 clients is a plus.
