This role plays a vital part in promoting healthy lifestyle choices and enhancing the overall well-being of our team members.

Job Overview:

The Health Coach will work closely with employees to provide guidance, support, and resources aimed at improving their health and wellness. This includes conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, organizing health-related workshops, and creating personalized wellness programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual health assessments to evaluate employee wellness needs and set achievable goals.
• Develop personalized wellness plans that include physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and other lifestyle modifications.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to employees through coaching sessions and follow-ups.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and group activities focused on health education and wellness topics.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with HR and management to integrate health and wellness initiatives within the organization.
• Stay updated on health trends, research, and best practices in health coaching.

• Bachelor's degree in Health Coaching, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Health Coach or similar qualification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with individuals.
• Experience in wellness program development and implementation is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their health goals.
• Proficient in using technology and well-versed in health coaching resources.
• Passionate about health and wellness and a commitment to lifelong learning in the field.
