Key Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and adjust health plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in health, nutrition, or fitness.
• Proven experience as a health coach or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goals.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Certification from a recognised coaching body.
• Experience in group coaching or workshops.
• Knowledge of behaviour change techniques.
