About the Opportunity: We are an SEC-registered investment fund executing a strategic roll-up in the home healthcare sector. We seek experienced deal sourcers to identify acquisition targets in the $1-3 million valuation range across home health, hospice, and retirement home segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify 10-20 acquisition targets in the home healthcare ecosystem
Source companies with $1-3 million valuations suitable for roll-up strategy
Conduct initial outreach to business owners and establish relationships
Prepare preliminary target profiles and facilitate introductions
Focus on synergistic businesses: home health agencies, hospice care providers, and retirement communities
$5,000 - $30,000 one-time
Compensation Structure:
100% commission-based (0.5% - 1% of acquisition value)
Earn $5,000 - $30,000 per successful transaction
Unlimited earning potential with multiple deals
Performance-based tier system for repeat successes
Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record in healthcare M&A or business development
Strong network in home healthcare, hospice, or senior care industries
Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
