Key Responsibilities

• Assist Hebrew-speaking clients with their travel questions and bookings through phone calls, emails, and chats, delivering accurate and prompt information.
• Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations based on clients' interests and preferences, helping craft memorable trips.
• Effectively address customer complaints and inquiries to ensure client satisfaction and resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support requests in our internal systems.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends and company offerings to provide the best advice to clients.

• Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, travel support, or a similar capacity is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is beneficial.
• Open to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation costs being fully covered.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for assisting clients in their travel adventures.
