As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical support to our users, ensuring that IT systems are operational and efficient. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions, and maintaining our commitment to high-quality customer service. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our operations and delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $23,000 - $78,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Provide step-by-step solutions for technical problems
• Assist users with network access and connectivity challenges
• Document and track issues in the help desk system
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve service delivery
• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Customer service experience is preferred but not required
