The Role

What You Bring

• A proven track record of closing high-ticket, consultative sales — with examples of deals won through persistence and skill.

• Confidence and competence in longer sales cycles, where value is built over several conversations.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills — you can steer a complex conversation without losing sight of the close.

• Resilience and a growth mindset — you keep going when others quit, and you’re always looking to improve.

• Experience with solution-based or service-based sales is a strong plus.
