Weekend On-Call Coordinator / Field Support Specialist 

Location: Bluffton, SC (Remote / On-Call)

Schedule: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM (Every Weekend or Rotational)

Pay: $250

BrightStar Care of Bluffton is seeking a dependable, empathetic, and detail-oriented Weekend On-Call Coordinator to handle incoming calls and provide critical operational support to our field team during non-office hours.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Answer Calls: Serve as the main point of contact for incoming weekend calls.

  
  


• 
  

  Support Field Staff: Help Caregivers and CNAs with scheduling questions, urgent client needs, and shift troubleshooting.

  
  


• 
  

  Cover Open Shifts: Manage last-minute call-outs by finding replacement caregivers quickly.

  
  


• 
  

  Monday Handoff: Keep clean notes on all calls and issues to hand off to the office team on Monday morning.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  1+ years of healthcare scheduling, home care, or dispatch experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.

  
  


• 
  

  Clear, professional phone etiquette.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable using scheduling software and smartphones.

  
  


• 
  

  Full availability and quick responsiveness throughout the weekend shift.
