We are currently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time or Part-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in San Francisco and the surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to terminally ill patients in accordance with individualized care plans.


• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and families throughout the hospice care journey, including during bereavement.


• Collaborate with the hospice care team to deliver the highest standard of care.


• Assess and respond quickly and accurately to patient needs outside a hospital setting.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.


• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.


• Minimum of 1 year of hospice nursing experience.


• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.


• Compassionate approach and adaptability to diverse social, racial, cultural, and religious backgrounds.


• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a 15-25 mile radius regularly.

Employment Requirements:
