Responsibilities:

1. Hotel Booking: Assist clients in selecting and booking appropriate hotel accommodations based on their preferences, budget, and travel plans.

2. Reservation Management: Handle hotel reservations efficiently, including confirming availability, securing bookings, and processing payments.

3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering assistance throughout the reservation process.

4. Reservation Modifications: Handle reservation modifications and cancellations as needed, ensuring all changes are accurately processed and documented.

5. Knowledge of Destinations: Stay informed about various destinations, hotels, and accommodations to provide valuable recommendations and assistance to clients.

6. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to confirm reservations, provide booking details, and answer any questions they may have.

7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all reservations, including client information, booking details, payment records, and communication history.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including travel advisors and reservation specialists, to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a similar role within the travel industry.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage reservations and documentation.

5. Proficiency in using reservation software, online booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline to meet performance targets and deadlines.

7. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules to accommodate client needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.
