Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, addressing issues and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Lead performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management or as a business partner.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
