Fidelis Cybersecurity, with offices in Bethesda, MD, Lehi, UT, and Tel Aviv, Israel is looking for an exceptional HR leader to support the organization with their HR needs. This role is the senior HR leader who will assess the current state of the function as it relate to the organization and make recommendations for the long term of the HR function and the HR leader role. This contractor will work closely with the C-suite leaders, to identify what is needed from a tactical and strategic standpoint, as well as what resources it will take to get there. Primary Responsiblities: Leader in building a high-performing culture of success, innovation, career development, collaboration, transparency, and accountability Translate business objectives into strategic people functions that support the vision, culture, and pace of the organization As a strategic leader to all members of the Executive Leadership Team, provide insightful, innovative thinking and problem solving on organizational issues As a trusted advisor, provide leadership, guidance and expertise on all people matters Successfully execute recruiting strategies and tactics to support the growth of the business by supplying the organization with top level talent, in short timeframes, in a highly competitive industry Oversight and leadership of Human Resources, Recruitment and Corporate training functions to include all disciplines: culture & engagement, talent management and talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, training, exit process, compliance, and reporting Advise leaders on change management, performance issues, responding to employee concerns, compliance, or ethics investigations, etc. Manage all aspects of the talent management function, to include comprehensive employee training programs and employee recognition programs. Drive corporate culture efforts and targeted talent management programming. Manage the annual performance management process for employees to include annual MBOs and management coaching, succession planning, career development Create a high performing culture by identifying Hi-Potentials and developing Hi-Potential Development Plans to attract and retain A-Players Proactively obtain, interpret, and present metrics and analysis to leadership to inform decisions (performance, attrition, hiring, turnover, employee engagement and other key data) Interpret, implement, and answer inquiries related to HR policies and procedures, while ensuring consistency, reinforcing adherence as appropriate and understanding local labor laws Engage Executives and Managers to understand talent needs of the business and ensure long term workforce planning requirements are developed Work closely, train, and lead recruitment and hiring managers to help identify and forecast staffing needs, position descriptions, desired candidate skills, and set compensation in addition to providing training on interviewing skills throughout the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process Partner with managers and employees to address a variety of workplace and employee relations issues and topics, provide guidance and pursue appropriate solutions to generate desirable results Ensure compliance for all worker’s compensation, STD, LTD and FMLA leaves in accordance with Fidelis policies and US and International regulations Ensure smooth transition of new hires and internal transfers and onboarding process Coordinate US Immigration process as needed, working with legal counsel and employees Oversee Corporate Training Function to include Sales Academy, Compliance Training, and all learning initiatives ance Training, and all learning initiatives
